Hello, I am a qualified, experienced and passionate mental health expert. As a practitioner, I believe in empowering my clients to evolve on their journey towards self-discovery and healing. I believe in compassionately holding a safe space for my clients to sponsor their journey towards well-being. With over a decade of experience behind me, I am privileged to be a part of many brilliant transformations of my clients.

As a trainer and coach, I believe that wellness is possible through awareness and acceptance. Mental health is steadily being destigmatized and gaining the vital place that it always deserved in the realms of health and wellness. In a rapidly evolving world, prioritizing wellness equips us with resilience and adaptability to navigate uncertainty and change. Prioritizing individual and collective well-being strengthens social connections, fosters empathy, and creates a more supportive environment. As technology and automation increase, focusing on well-being helps combat stress, anxiety, and fosters mental clarity for a fulfilling life. A healthy mind and body lead to enhanced creativity, problem-solving abilities, and contribute to advancements in various fields.

Therapy and Inner Work

A conscious space for healing, growth, and self-leadership

Therapy is not only for moments of crisis. It is also a space for reflection, integration, and understanding the inner patterns that shape how we live, relate, and choose.

In my private practice, the work is intentionally offered at different depths — because not every phase of life asks for the same kind of support. Some moments call for stabilisation and care. Others invite deeper inquiry, refinement, and expansion. Many benefit from steady, ongoing support over time.

Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, you are invited to begin where you are — and move at a pace that respects your inner capacity.

All sessions are one-on-one, offered in-person or online.

Ascend

Advanced Inner Work

This offering is for individuals who are emotionally stable, self-aware, and ready to engage in deeper pattern work.
The focus here is on uncovering unconscious blocks, refining inner decision-making, and developing conscious self-leadership.

ASCEND is not about symptom relief or emotional holding. It is suited for those who want to move with clarity, depth, and responsibility — and are willing to sit with insight before resolution.

Format: 60-70 mins

(intensive 2-4 sessions arc)

Restore

Therapeutic Healing

This is structured therapeutic support for those experiencing emotional distress, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or overwhelm.
The work prioritises safety, nervous system regulation, and steady healing over time.

RESTORE offers containment, care, and repair — allowing space to process experiences gently and meaningfully, without pressure to “move fast.”

Format:  50-60 min each

(6–8 weekly sessions)

Anchor

Ongoing Support & Integration

ANCHOR is for those who value continuity.
It supports long-term emotional hygiene, reflection, skill-building, and integration — often following deeper therapeutic or inner work, or alongside life’s ongoing demands.

This is a quieter, steadier form of support that sustains wellbeing over time.

Format:  45-50 min each

Fortnightly or monthly sessions

If you are seeking relief, grounding, or healing from distress, RESTORE is usually the most supportive place to begin.


If you are looking for continued support, reflection, and resilience, ANCHOR offers consistency without intensity.

Many clients naturally move between these offerings as their needs evolve.
